Life is alright. Midtermy test thingers are ok so far. I have 3 more before december. I bought this really gorgeous, professionally painted traditional sized resin horse. Normally those things are like $300-$500 minimum, and I've wanted one forever. Well, this one cost $30. Because he was broken. 4 legs snapped, mane and tail broken, ears both broken. But, I'm fixing him. I don't want to repaint it so he's getting mohair and slightly longer stockings to go over the breaks. The only thing is I have no idea who the sculptor/ painter was, so I must go on a mission to find out.
Also, I *think* I'm getting a stone arabian, also broken. I'm not sure what I'll do with that one.
Today I sculpted for the first time since august! I did the back legs on my fighting stallion and the head of the trade sculpt. Whee. I also have 3/5 horses done in my El Prado drawing, I think about 7 hours put into it so far. SOOOO I have lots to keep me busy when I need a break from studying.
Now, I believe I filled this out like 2 years go, but here it is again. Because I'm bored and have nothing else much going on with this entry.
Why did you join this site?My friend kayla told me about it and I signed up one day while talking to her on msn. I didn't really browse or add anyone or do much until like the end of 2006 though. I guess I joined to have somewhere to keep my random arty things.
What does your username have to do with you? Is it a combination of your favorite things, or a character of yours?I've been using this screename for a while... it's pronounced like "sensible". Basically, evaneSCENCE + able... get it? Haha, it seemed clever at the time.

Do you participate in clubs or contests here on DA?I'm very inactive in clubs (well, they're inactive.) As for contests I really don't enter much anymore, just WAY too many people not doing their prizes or judging or whatever, it's just not worth it unless the theme is really cool

What are the things you wish you could draw better?More detailed things... everything... mostly just to slow down more. Which I've been working on

What is the most annoying comment you get?For a couple weeks I kept getting notes from people telling me they've moved accounts. Like they'd change accounts then massively note every single person they know. It was never someone I knew, let alone watched, it was weird
Not really annoying though. I don't get annoying comments really.
What inspires you?Seeing other people's art probably inspires me most to improve. Awesome music or movies with horses get me in the mood to do art.
Do you use any traditional media?I very rarely use digital, I suck at it
