How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

News and Fun Happenings

First thing I want to mention is that my notes are totally messed up; I don't know what's wrong. Sending and receiving- both aren't working. So if you've noted me and I haven't replied, drop a comment on my front page or email me (scenceable@hotmail.com)

My exams went ok, and I'm very happy to be over and done with this stupid year. I also got a job, started right as exams ended and been working lots. Even this week I was only scheduled a few hours and they called me in a lot so it's been nice full time hours. It's at tim hortons, which is a popular coffee place in canada, (and the states?) and I like it a lot. I think next week I get to train on drive through

I've moved into my new apartment which is a very nice change. Out of a basement with 5 housemates to my own place on the top floor. The apartment is hilarious, it has a lot of personality. The floors are slanted, the door is tiny, the ceilings are all slanted in every direction, and it has a coraline door

I loves it. Maybe I'll add some pictures once there isn't so much crap everywhere.

Art wise, things are going ok. I just managed to unpack my sculpting things but haven't really set everything up. I have one unicorn finished, and have lots of others in the works. I really want to buy and use some nicer mohair, but that stuff is so expensive. Fancy washed mohair is like $40 for a half ounce on ebay o.O But I did buy like 30 oz of uncombed mohair yesterday and it came out to only $60. I was so excited, I think I'm the only person I know who gets excited buying goat fur.

Soooo the summer is off to a good start. Hopefully I will work tons and do art in my spare time and make decent money... the rent at my new place is way more expensive than last year. It's worth it though, the ponies have more room to roam free

I have to revamp my etsy shop a bit, I had to delete some sculptures that got cracked when I moved. They need fixing

AND I brought my stupid cat to come live with me and she broke a few of my things, nothing I can't fix but still a pain. Ugh. Cats.

Anyway, hopefully lots and lots of sculptures through the next while.
