How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

horse riding+ebay auctions

So things are going alright- I spent most of yesterday doing sculptures and NOT homework, which wasn't very smart. Then today I went horseback riding for the first time in a year, first time english in 3 years, and it was fun.

Haha, so riding was ok, there are 3 people in my lesson and its all pretty much experienced riders who haven't ridden in a while, so I like it. I rode a stocky fat pinto pony named Milly, which was so random since I'm used to Deed, giant thoroughbred

the lesson was good, the instructor is really nice and good at teaching (but not mean or condescending) so I like it. The girls in my lesson were nice too, and I have a ride there now so I don't have to spend money on a cab

So I attempted my physics homework and failed horribly, and did some of my chem prelab, and read math that I should really do more work on. *shudders* school is so annoying. I don't know why I do it.

At least I'm not sick anymore, that is a very very good thing. AND amy lee's version of sally's song is out now, so I have new evanescence-ness to listen to. *throws confetti*

I plan to do a pencil drawing of zenyatta and maybe curlin, and also the fresian horse and the other draft are being worked on. Art is supposed to be an aside to school but its not working out that way. Maybe I need to fail more assignments before I realize that... X____X

oh yeah, and I will be starting my contest soon. I have to decide the deadline (I want to put it in between midterms at least) but the theme and prizes are all chosen and whatnot. so be excited!

Its always a little weird when you get back in the saddle after a time. I joined a polo team after six years without riding. Needless to say the canter was fun!

(and so was the trot now that I think about it). I'm getting better now with my riding thanks to my paint friend.

You'd probably like this too...I was helping at polo practice while people were breaking down the rodeo and guess what they were playing...Bring Me to Life! Horses and Ev that pretty much made my day (though if you know me well enough you'd know I also would have preferred some KT Tunstall added to that mix)

Anyway sounds like you had fun at your lesson.

hahah yes! horses and evanescence are always a great match. I went to one riding camp where we did curs (basically a dance to one song) one year me and my friend did everybody's fool, and another year we did forever gone forever you; very good mix of horses and ev there
