News and Fun Happenings

Hello all!

Things are going pretty good, both art wise and not. Im much more settled in my new place, and been working lots to save up for rent and school and fun things. I finally have enough shelves for everything, and only have a couple more boxes left to unpack

I haven't been doing too much art, I did start a big drawing of Devil May Care so that should be done soon. I have a few sculptures started but I need to get some more wire (of all things to run out of lol) and then I can start a bunch more. I've got lots of sketches and ideas for them, just need to actually make them.

I saw Lacuna Coil in concert on may 25, it was so awesome. It was nice to do something random and fun, even if it meant driving straight to toronto and back right away. They played all my favourite songs (except "I like it" lol) and we caught a guitar pick

Annnnddd... I bought tickets to the breeder's cup! I reserved the hotel a few months ago, now I've got the tickets, then it's just a matter of ditching school for a week or so and driving there. So I've been saving money up for that too, both for horsey things and for all the huge amazing art stores in the states.

I'm in the midst of doing course selection for next year, should be cool. I'm actually picking courses around the BC trip, go me. Along with lots of psyc courses, I'm thinking of taking a few essay writing classes and a basic anatomy course. I have to pick on july 5th.

Oh, I'm going home next weekend and going to the queens plate in toronto (at woodbine)! I will hopefully also go to fort erie racetrack for a day or two and take pictures

Yay for horsey pictures.

I'll try and get more art done, I've been laazy
