Verdict II by scenceable Verdict II by scenceable
Verdict is a ooak (one of a kind) kirin sculpture, made from polymer clay over a wire and foil armature.

Verdict is about 9 inches tall to the tip of her horns. She is painted in acrylics and has inset resin eyes. Her hair is white tibetan lamb fur. She has a few feathers in her mane and tail too.

The plan at the moment is to bring Verdict with me to Artfest Kingston in July, where she'll be for sale. If she doesn't sell then, she'll go on etsy. :)

If you are interested in a commission, I am going to be taking orders starting May 1st, 2012. Information is here: [link]

do the pastels stick to the base coat when you put them on, or do you cover it in a finish? If so, what kind?

beautiful! I bet she'll be the first to sell. I cannot get over how wonderfully sculpted her body is... that anatomy is just perfect! and the antlers, gorgeous. I really love how the fur comes off the body in a way that looks completely natural.
you have some serious talent!! ;)
