Traditional Art / Sculpture / Fantasy

Isochoric is a ooak (one of a kind) hippocampus or sea horse sculpture. She is about 15 inches long from foot to tail and about 10 inches tall. She was made from polymer clay over a wire and foil armature and painted in acrylic. Her fins are fantasy film which was sculpted on using air dry epoxy putty. I started her over a year ago intending for her to be a leafy sea dragon but she ended up looking for like a shrimp. Ah well. She's got iridescence on her body and light blue eyes.

Wow... i'm just looking through your gallery, and everything I see is straight up astounding. I made a cat sculpture in art class this quarter and I though it turned out nice, but now I look at this and I think, WOW. Now there's something I can look up to!
