Gala is a OOAK (one of a kind) unicorn sculpture. She was made completely from scratch using polymer clay over wire and tin foil. She is painted in acrylic, has inset resin eyes, and tibetan lamb fur for hair.

Gala is about 6 inches long from chest to bum, and about 7 inches tall. She is painted up as a bright gold unicorn with pink highlights. Her horn and hooves are gold but have teal iridescence which gives them an aged coppery look.

It was nice to make just a normal unicorn. Lately I've been doing kirins or horses so this was fun. :)

Gala was a commission and is not for sale

Thanks for looking! :)

She looks so naturally posed and realistic (well as realistic as a gold and pink unicorn gets :D) in all of the photos you took of her. I love that you're taking so many outdoor pictures now. They really add to your sculptures.

Thank you! I never saw the difference but after Aphelion it seems everyone prefers the outdoor ones. They're more fun anyway =P

Well I like the outdoor ones because they make your sculptures seem more alive. Instead of, "This is a sculpture standing around in a studio having pictures taken of it" you have, "This is a gorgeous unicorn running up a slope! Here is a horse standing square in front of a old stone stable! Look at that horse she captured walking though the forest!" It also showcases how amazing your sculptures are in that you occasionally have to do a double take to be sure that is a sculpture and not a real horse. Plus the sculptures get to go outdoors and play. Always fun :)
